We never compromise on excellence or give phony commitments, and pursue a patent policy because we value our customers and want you to know everything before you make a purchase. We have rationalized our policy and anticipate to seek your co-operation for abiding these clauses.

All about Order Confirmation: - .

Our customer support agent will call or mail you within 24 hours after you place an order, for the final order authentication before processing. This is to confirm any last minute decision changes in your order; like product selection changes and color changes or measurement changes, if any.

  • We need confirmation within 24 hours from your end, in case if we do not receive it we will go ahead and start processing the order.
  • No product, color and measurement changes after 24 hours of your order placement will be entertained as the product is sent for processing.

No refunds/returns/exchanges for incorrect sizing: -

  • As we do not control the selection of size and color because we process the orders as per your chosen color and size, hence there will be no refunds/returns/exchanges for placing incorrect sizes and colors, for both standard and custom dresses mail to customersupport@inozfashion.com

No refunds if Order is placed from “Sale & Clearance” category due to the highly slashed prices and are limited to color and size in the stock.

The 123 rule for Order Cancellation: -

If you wish to place cancel your order then follow these 3 simple steps: -

  • If you cancel your order within 3 days after confirmation, then flat deduction of 25% will deduced from your ordered item amount.
  • If you wish to cancel you order after 7 days then the 75% of your item amount will be deducted
  • We do not entertain any cancellations after 7 days.

Defective or Damaged Products: -

  • The quality control department at inozfashion.com uses various tests to check the quality of the dress and they also make sure that the dress is exactly the same as ordered form the website; all this is done before shipment.
  • In case if there is damage caused to the product during shipping then we take full responsibility and will get you a replacement shipped through expedited shipping at our expense. If your dress is damaged please mail us at customersupport@inozfashion.com, please specify the extent of damage and send it back to us within 24 hours with the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Our return department does not accept replacement s without this number.
  • We do not entertain products which have been altered or if they have stains, or odors like (cigarette smoke) etc.

Important Notes: -

  • Guaranteed refunds for simple dress (i.e. the ones without beading) if the order takes more than 15 days to reach your doorstep and 25 days for a beaded and embroidered dress only after the final payment confirmation and customer confirmation.
  • This time period of 15 days and 25 days begins only after the final order confirmation from customer and payment getaway confirmation. If the consignment does not arrive within 15 working days for an express shipment then you can request for order tracking, if however we are unable to prove that the order was dispatched to the correct address, we will initiate a full refund including the shipping charges.
  • No refund/return/exchange will be issued to customers who place an order for two or more dresses of the same product code. i.e. same dress ordered twice or more. i.e. To avoid generation of resale value and return the dress incase there is no sale. This is also to restrict the practice of ordering dresses for trial and selecting only one
